What is Gwarda Sports?
Gwarda Sports is the sports brand of the William Apparel Company, the logo appears on our manufactured sporting apparel. Find out more info here.

Can you help me with uniform designs and ideas?
We love uniform design! our highly experienced team has kitted out hundreds of WA businesses, clubs and organisations. Suggesting what looks good including materials, styles, colours, logo placement and additional artwork that makes your uniform attractive yet practical. Plus we don't charge anything you anything for designs we mock up!

What is the difference between custom made and ready made?
Ready made apparel are garments we buy in from our trusted Australian suppliers, and retail direct to the public. Our custom made range refers to uniforms and apparel we manufacture based on your needs.

Store location and trading hours?
The William Apparel Company showroom is located at 149 Scarborough Beach Road, Mt Hawthorn (next door to The Paddo). Our trading hours are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. Come in and say Hello!

Can I get order samples?
Yes you can provide order samples! first we need 100% payment up front and then the cost is taken off your first order, upon return of the samples.

Can I get a sizing kit?
Yes we can provide you with a sizing kit! first we need 100% payment up front and then the cost is deducted from your first order, upon return of the sizing kits.

Branding, Logo's and Artwork

Can you add my logo or artwork to a uniform I buy?
Yes we can! All you need to do is send a high quality version of your logo and tell us where you want it to be positioned. We then either embroid, screen print, vinyl transfer or sublimate your logo to the garment, depending on your time and quality needs.

You can specify whether you want artwork when you purchase products by filling in the "special requirements" section. You can also send in a separate enquiry by email or phone and we can provide you with a quote.

How is the logo added to the garment?
We can add your company logo in a number of ways including embroidery, vinyl transfer, screen printing or sublimation. Each method has its own benefits and costs.

Online Shopping

How can I pay for my order?
All online orders must be paid for by Visa or Mastercard.

How long does it take for a product to be delivered?
Products ordered from the online shop typically take 5-7 working days to be delivered. In some cases it may take longer. Please advise us if your order is urgent. Also keep in mind extra services like embroidery and screen printing can take up to 2-3 weeks, please order in advance. See shopping terms & conditions.

How much will shipping cost?
All products can be picked up for free (WA customers only) or delivered to your house at a flate rate.

We charge by order total: spend $50 or under and the fee is $12.90, spend $100 or over and shipping is $7.50. Australia wide.

Can I change my order once it has been made?
You can easily add and remove products to your cart as you shopping on the site. If you have accidently processed payment on the incorrect item, you can process a returns request while logged in, or via phone or email.

What is the return policy?
At William Apparel Co we have a 7 day return policy, you can select to have a full refund, store credit or a replacement. You can make returns directly whilst logged into the site. See our return policy.

Manufactured Orders

What is the minimum order for custom made?
The William Apparel Company is a proudly WA uniform manufacturer, manufacturing apparel based on your needs. We have a minimum order of 20 uniforms for uniform manufacturing orders (anything thats not sports wear).

We have a minimum order of 7 uniforms for manufactured sportswear (Gwarda Sports).

How long does a custom made order take?
Custom made uniforms have a lead in time of 6-8 weeks needed to manufacture, this includes cutting, sewing, branding and quality control. Please order in advance.
