The William Apparel Company will only send customers emails if they give consent to do so, we do not give out customer details to anyone, your email address is used for the purpose you provide it for and statistical information. We have a mailing list which you may subscribe to and just as easily unsubscribe from.

We do not knowingly send spam to any emails and we abide by The Australian Spam Act 2003.

Currency & Pricing

1.1 The William Apparel Company products are only available to Australian consumers, as such we only accept Australian dollars (AUD) currency.

1.2 The online shop only accepts Visa or Mastercard credit or debit cards.

1.3 All prices linked to products on our website are subject to change at any given time without notice.

1.4 All prices displayed are inclusive of GST, including delivery costs. Delivery costs are calculated at the time of purchase, you can also choose to pick up the goods from our showroom, at no charge (WA customers only).

1.5 Some products in the shop have minimum order quantities, please carefully read the product description. i.e. if a product has a minimum purchase of 5, if you choose to buy anything under the minimum of 5, the cart will automatically charge you for 5 products.

1.6 Some products in the shop have added costs for larger sizes, please carefully read the product description. i.e some shirts may have a $4 surcharge for sizes above 4XL.

Shipping & Returns

Every product available online can be delivered in Australia only, you can also choose to pick up the product from our showroom in Mount Hawthorn, WA . Customers can also process returns requests whilst logged into the site, we have a 7 day returns policy.
